Gas Phase Silica, Nano Silicon Dioxide
The gas phase silica has small size, large surface area, many of surface silicon alcohol based (Si-OH) , and body three-dimensional branch structure, through the hydrogen bonding or van der Waals force makes silica and polymer molecules and silica between the molecules which generate strong function, achieve reinforcing effect.
It has chemical inert and special thixotropic performance obviously improved rubber products tensile strength, tensile resistance and wear resistance, rubber increase strength several times after modified. Liquid system, adhesives, such as polymer rheology and thixotropy control, used as the sink, thickening, flow-linked fertilizer, HCR and RTV -2 K silicone rubber reinforcement, can be used to adjust the free flow and as an anticaking agent to improve powder properties and so on.
